The Super Stack career experience shows what boilermakers actually do — the scale of the vessels, the welds, the rigging, the teamwork — from a perspective no classroom tour can offer. Built with Local 128, it gives recruits, apprentices, and the public an honest look at one of the most demanding trades in industry.
Created in collaboration with the union's training leadership, with motion-captured trade movement and environments modeled on real industrial sites.
Challenge
The trade's best recruiting tool — the work itself — is impossible to bring into a classroom or a career fair.
Approach
A full-scale VR career experience of boilermaker work, portable enough for schools, union halls, and events.
